Items which are personalized may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Items that are not personalized may be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in the original package with tags in place. In the event that we at Myembroideredgifts.com make a mistake in the personalization, the item will be either corrected or replaced with a new one at no additional charge to you. All returns or corrections must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
