My name is Debra and I am a mom to two boys and owner of MyEmbroideredGifts.com. I started MyEmbroideredgifts.com because I love personalized gifts and wanted to make them available to others.

I partnered with Yahoo Small Business and Solid Cactus to create a website where moms or dads could shop anytime of day or night. In my experience, we have to squeeze in some shopping at odd hours when brick and mortar stores are not always open.

I love giving baby gifts. I always want to be that person with a special unique gift that will make everyone else say "Wow". I am always searching for great gift ideas that can be personalized in some way.

We have been in business since 2001. We do all of our embroidery in house and always welcome custom orders. We also enjoy offering some unique products by other companies specializing in personalized gifts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $5.95 within the United States. We no longer ship internationally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How soon will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer. The personlized plates and ornaments are made after they are ordered and take additional time for the manufactering process. They take 2-3 weeks to ship.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are mailed USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you would prefer another shipment method or need to rush an order please make us aware and we will try our best to meet the request.

I don't see exactly what I had in mind, do you take special orders?

Yes, due to the nature of this business, there is no way to show you all the options on a web page. We would love to work with you to develop a custom embroidered item that will reflect exactly what you had in mind. Just email us and we will work with you to develop your idea. If necessary, we can even talk by phone.

What is your return policy?

Items which are personalized may not be returned for a refund or exchange. Items that are not personalized may be returned if they are unused and in the original package with tags in place. In the event that we at Myembroideredgifts.com make a mistake in the personalization, the item will be either corrected or replaced with a new one at no additional charge to you.

Can I get my order Gift Wrapped and include a Gift Message?

YES, we are happy to gift wrap your item so that it can go directly to the recipient for a charge of $2.00 (per item). Just let us know on your order form. It will ask at check out. Items are wrapped using a gift bag and tissue with an enclosed gift card.

What happens to information I submit?

All details submitted will be kept confidential. We do not sell names, addresses, numbers, or any other information you give us.
